How do I downgrade my account?

What if I exceed my current threshold for order volume?

Our system automatically bumps your subscription up when you exceed the monthly order volume but does not automatically downgrade you.  You can manage your own subscription and drop yourself back down by logging into the Revenue Conduit admin portal https://admin.revenueconduit.com/users/login.

1). select my account in top right hand corner
2).select manage subscription
3).choose plan
4).save

This will automatically pro-rate your account for any un-used time.
